In the Lower Savinja Valley, we designed an interior that impresses with warmth, simplicity, and functionality. The couple moving into their new single-story home wanted a minimalist style with natural accents – we complemented their vision with a combination of wood, metal, textiles, and marble.
Upon entering, we are greeted by a textured wooden wall with built-in coat hooks and a floating console, adding warmth and order to the space. A sliding wall with a mirror subtly conceals the sleeping area while simultaneously enhancing the sense of spaciousness.
The heart of the home is the bright and open living floor of the single-story house, where the kitchen, dining area, and living corner merge into a unified, connected space. Natural light, combined with soft curtains, creates a pleasant, airy, and calming atmosphere. The kitchen, featuring a long marble-look island, serves as the centerpiece of the living area. It is highlighted by an integrated spice rack that adds a natural touch, while a built-in fireplace on the opposite side enhances the sense of coziness in the space.

In a slightly more secluded part of the house are the bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, bathroom, guest room, and utility room. The bedroom soothes with warm tones, soft materials, and a curtain that gently filters the light, while the combination of natural materials and mosaic tiles in golden hues in the bathroom creates the feeling of a home spa.
This house in the Lower Savinja Valley is proof that minimalism and warmth are not mutually exclusive. Through a thoughtful selection of materials, careful use of light, and precise attention to detail, we created a space that reflects the personality of its owners – lovers of aesthetics, books, and cozy moments at home.
